         This is where growth begins for his Single Lady oysters. Millions of baby oysters, so tiny they’re detectable only by microscope, begin their growth here.  In another couple of weeks, they will be big enough to be placed in plastic cages and be transported to deep, nutrient-rich waters in Frank’s estuary. Out there, it will take only 12-16 months for the oysters to grow into DELECTABLE restaurant quality oysters.
